Alison Gault is an Organisation Development Specialist with a  Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne  and  a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching Psychology from London Southbank University. As an accomplished change management specialist and evidence-based coach, Alison has been supporting people through change for many years in Australia and around the world.

Alison draws on the fields of positive psychology, solutions based coaching, Gestalt and appreciative inquiry to achieve sustainable behavior change for the people she works with. Alison is experienced in supporting leaders at all levels and facilitating team effectiveness. Alison is passionate about partnering with leaders to understand and achieve their whole-life aspirations and generate focussed and achievable goals to achieve them.
