Andrew is an Organisational Development Specialist with Post-Graduate qualifications in Psychology from Swinburne University. Andrew works with Senior Managers to deliver business value by utilising Psychometric Assessment, Leadership Development including Coaching and Workshop Facilitation, Career Management including Career Transition, Career Coaching and Wellbeing Services.
Leveraging a foundation of experience in assessment and psychometric assessment from organisational psychology consulting firm Coyne Didsbury PDI, and Telstra Research Laboratories, Andrew then pursued a career in talent identification and recruitment with Paxus, one of Australia’s largest IT consulting and recruitment organisations. Andrew has worked closely with senior leaders, managing service delivery for key clients across financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, I.T, Government and Media Industries.
