Andrew is an organisational development specialist with a refined and pragmatic approach to solving some of the ‘hard to
solves’ that inevitably emerge for those organisations pushing the edges of their performance and strategy. He uses his depth
of skills to support executives and their teams to live their preferred identities as leaders and to create organisations that
deliver profound and sustainable results.
Andrew is passionate about assisting leaders to connect and redefine their relationship with their people, a business need and
a human need. Andrew started his career as a family therapist and as an employee counselling psychologist. He then went on
to develop his organisational development expertise in Queensland Transport, an organisation with over 4000 employees. For
the next 20 years Andrew has practiced as an organisational development specialist across most industries and sectors in
Andrew focuses on leadership development, executive coaching, team effectiveness and culture change. An example of
Andrew’s organisational development expertise involved him designing and delivering a culture change program for a large
mine that WorkCover had threatened to close due its poor safety performance. Pre intervention the mine was averaging 3 to 4
lost time injuries every month. After intervention the mine sustained no lost time injuries for 2 years. The client acclaimed
this an “outstanding result”.
