Ben is an experienced workplace psychologist and coach specialising in developing and leading High-Performance Teams. He is passionate about working with leaders and their teams on reaching and sustaining higher levels of performance and wellbeing. Ben has over 18 years’ experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership capability programs, change management, culture, and team transformation across both the Private and Public sectors throughout Australia.

Ben has previously designed and delivered organisational development programs to a range of teams through leadership and coaching programs, including Queensland Health, Department of Environment and Science, Crown Law, Education Queensland, Local Government, Mining and Resource, Finance and Banking, Law firms and Employment Agencies. His work in these areas has given him a depth of experience with individuals and teams working with diverse cultures including indigenous and first nations, LGBTQI and female leaders. Working with these
groups Ben has developed and appreciates the need to adapt and tailor interventions and coaching programs to the specific cultural and gender needs or expectations and individual learning styles of participants including neurotypical or neurodivergent clients. Ben also has a specific knowledge of the workplace environment, culture and challenges within universities through his previous work with their self-insurance teams as an independent assessor for psychosocial workers compensation claims.
