Elayne Verner is an Organisational Development Specialist with extensive senior-level, global experience, across a broad range of companies in healthcare, FMCG, retail and hospitality. These diverse experiences give Elayne deep appreciation of organisational challenges and opportunities, enabling her to understand and partner closely to deliver high-impact people solutions in leadership development, talent management, coaching and development of employees at all levels.

Elayne commenced her career managing 5-star hotels in Europe and Australia, working for well-known companies including Sheraton, Marriott, Conrad and Mirvac, before then focussing on developing the high performing individuals and teams within organisations. Most recently, Elayne was Johnson & Johnson Global Head of Learning Strategy (Emerging Markets) and Asia Pacific Learning & Development Director. In these roles she established strong reputation for accelerating development of people and talent in multiple businesses and cross-cultures.
