Emily is an Associate Consultant at Steople.
Emily is a provisional psychologist and is currently completing her Master of Organisational Psychology at Deakin University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Criminology Major) from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced from Monash University.
Emily is passionate about practical application of psychology to everyday problems and how it can inform positive change outside of the traditional mental health space. Since starting at Steople in 2020, Emily has developed materials for a range of projects including leadership development programs, virtual workshops, culture and capability frameworks and psychometric assessment. She also has experience in facilitating collaboration and creative and critical thinking in small teams of secondary students.
With her ongoing education in organisational psychology, Emily continuously seeks opportunities to help individuals, teams and organisations to enable their success. Emily was recently awarded Monash University’s Exceptional Achievement – GDPA Award for her cohort in 2020.
