Fiona is a psychologist with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Knowledge Management and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Fiona works with Senior Managers and Executives through the development and delivery of OD Strategy, Culture Change, Capability and Knowledge Management Frameworks, Leadership Development, Organisation Design, Psychometric Assessment and Executive Coaching.

Fiona has held leadership roles in the hospitality and government sectors and is an experienced board member with government, NFP and industry association board positions. She has worked extensively across sectors with many clients having a long term relationship with Fiona in their personal or organisational transformation journeys.
