Gillian has over 25 years’ experience working and consulting in the areas of human resources, organisational and individual development, leadership, talent management, change management, executive coaching and facilitation. She has worked with many organisations and people across a wide range of industries in New Zealand and Australia, including Local Government and those in the Not for Profit sector. She brings her expertise to increase individual and organisational effectiveness and build capability for enhanced business success. Gillian develops credible and trusted working relationships at all levels.
Gillian holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Diploma in Teaching, a Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Auckland University, 4 papers towards a Diploma in Business Studies from Massey University and she is currently studying towards a Masters of Arts in Executive Coaching from Middlesex University.
Gillian is accredited to use a range of tools, including the Lominger Leadership Architect Suite of products, Saville Holdsworth psychometric assessments, the Hay Emotional Intelligence tools (ECI), the DDI range of products, and the LSI and OCI assessments, as well as other Educational and Vocational choice tools.
