Hayden Fricke

Hayden is a Psychologist with a Master of Applied Psychology. As a Managing Director of Steople, Hayden assists clients with complex business and cultural decisions to achieve measurable outcomes. Hayden acts as a key strategic adviser for a number of CEO’s, Executives and Board Members utilising psychometric assessment, executive coaching, workshop facilitation, career transition, and large organisation-wide wellbeing programs.

Hayden started his career working in the areas of sport psychology, drug and alcohol counselling, mental illness and general counselling, building a strong foundation in key psychology principles and practices. Hayden went on to develop extensive organisational experience through senior roles in HR, O.D and Business Operations within large national and multinational companies before moving into consulting as an Organisational Psychologist.
