Jennifer returned to Steople as Business Support Coordinator after completing an Organisational Psychology internship with the team. Combining her people-focused background with strong organisational and communication skills, she provides operational and administrative support across the business, managing internal processes, coordinating projects, enabling effective service delivery, and helping the team operate seamlessly to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.​

Whether she’s supporting clients, collaborating with colleagues, or improving the way the business operates, Jennifer is motivated by the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others and contribute to meaningful outcomes. She is passionate about continuing to grow her experience, develop her skills, and help more people through the work she does at Steople.​
