Marion Stanway is an Organisation Development Specialist with Post Graduate and Masters qualifications in Organisational Change and Development and Reflective Practice from RMIT.  She has extensive experience in executive coaching and cultural transformation working with all levels of management including at an executive and board level.

Marion is an experienced group and team facilitator increasing the ability of teams to think strategically, build improved team performance and solve operational performance problems. Marion’s coaching style is grounded in helping leaders, individuals and groups to work through the personal challenges and issues that emerge for people in organisation life.
