Nadia Chodkiewicz

Nadia is a psychologist with a Master of Psychology in Organisational and Human Factors from the University of Adelaide.

Having worked in organisational development and human resources, Nadia takes a holistic view of the people and culture environment and appreciates how functions such as selection, talent management, wellbeing and learning and development work independently and also influence one another. With this knowledge, and using the application of science to solve problems at work, Nadia continuously seeks to build understanding around the impact that organisations and leaders have on developing, engaging and motivating employees, as well as the interventions that successfully promote meaningful and lasting change.
With experience using multiple psychometric assessments as well as designing, developing and analysing whole of organisation surveys and measurement tools to gauge employee wellbeing and engagement, Nadia enjoys using a tailored approach to measuring the complex and intangible workplace behaviours and ultimately improve employee and organisational outcomes.
Nadia supports the Steople team in delivering evidence-based solutions to meet business objectives and help drive organisational effectiveness.
