Neil Middleton has over 30 years’ experience in organisational and people development from working with clients across the corporate, government and Not-for-Profit sectors. Neil is valued for his ability to build relationships of trust and depth, enabling others to uncover, understand and practically address issues that stand in the way of their performance, or recognise, appreciate and take advantage of opportunities available to them.
Neil brings to his coaching and facilitation a rich and broad perspective developed from a career that has included roles with BHP, Levi Strauss & Co. and Melbourne Business School, where he has been responsible for leadership development, leading change, inter-cultural and diversity programs and team effectiveness development. He is a globally experienced consultant having worked in many locations and with many different cultures.

His qualifications include a Masters (MSc, Bristol) in Management Development and Organisational Change and an Honours degree (BSc, Wales) in Occupational Psychology, along with certifications and experience in many psychometric instruments.
