We are pleased to announce that we are hosting a complimentary virtual event focusing on how you can drive the results you need through an investment in the Psychological Safety of your teams(s).

As we look ahead to the rest of 2024, many of us are reflecting on how we can optimise how we work together for better engagement, belonging, performance, and wellbeing. Many of us have been feeling the pressure of world events and business demands. We are navigating a new hybrid world alongside the ever-present need to do more with less, and to work smart in uncertain and changing environments.

There is hope! Research shows that one of the biggest predictors of team performance is, you guessed it – Psychological Safety! If you want to know how to build the kind of team environment where people to feel safe to speak up with the ideas and challenges you need to solve emerging problems quickly, identify opportunities and improvements, and understand the real impact of psychosocial hazards at work, then this is the learning event for you.

Hosted by Steople’s Hayden Fricke (Managing Director, Steople) and Lorraine Smith (GM NSW & ACT, Steople), we will share some of our thinking on this important topic, with some practical examples of how other businesses have built Psychological Safety shared by Brady Saunders (Consultant, Steople). We are also excited to announce a guest interview with Frances Ngo (Managing Director, Geberit) by Lisa Ezzy (GM QLD, Steople) on how the Psychological Safety Survey was used to understand and actively build Psychological Safety at Geberit.
