Hiring for Success: What price are you paying for NOT assessing objectively?

We know that hiring great people is one of, if not THE most important thing a leader can do. Not least because the cost of an incorrect hire can be up to $250,000 for senior roles.  It also can have an impact on indirect costs such as team and organisational culture, productivity and client relationships. While there’s no crystal ball to perfectly predict success, there are proven ways to increase your chances of getting it right.

In our next virtual event, we will hear from two guest speakers who will share stories of their experiences with assessment and how it has helped them with making selection decisions and successfully onboarding and developing their people. We will also hear from Steople Managing Director Hayden Fricke on tips for successful assessment including integrating data in a holistic way.
