Business & Consulting Support Coordinator (NSW/ACT)

We are seeking a motivated and capable person to join our team as Business & Consulting Support Coordinator, based in Sydney. The successful applicant will play a central role in supporting the Steople business and consultants in Sydney and Canberra, and will be required to:

  • Work closely with NSW/ACT team members to deliver business and client services administrative support
  • Take a leading role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in Steople’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Work in Progress (WIP) systems
  • Assist with planning, organising and coordinating marketing activities and events
  • Develop, refresh and improve documents in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • In consultation with consultants, set up and administer online psychological assessment processes
  • Help build and strengthen client relationships by directly interacting with clients, as required, and ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Assist with project management and calendar coordination
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials, required to support the business and work with clients, are available in a timely manner
  • Other administrative support, as required

Successful Candidate Qualities

  • Proven support and administrative capability in an environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Share Point applications, with exposure to other technology systems and processes
  • Motivated and able to thrive in a feedback reach environment
  • Commitment to learning and constant improvement
  • Passion for client relationship management and customer service
  • Able to effectively plan and organise multiple activities and resources
  • Good attention to detail and ability to gain clarity by asking the right questions
  • Able to flexibly adjust approach and style in response respond to different situations and people.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact with others in a friendly, respectful and self-assured manner
  • Team player, but comfortable working independently and with minimum guidance when necessary
  • Office Management or Administrative Support qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous marketing and/or event coordination experience would be of value


Salary: $45,000 – 59,000 per annum plus superannuation

This role can be filled in a variety of ways – permanent part-time, casual, 4 hrs per day x 5 days etc
