Organisational Development Consultant / Senior Consultant (NSW & NZ)

We are looking for two exceptional people to join our Sydney team at either Consultant or Senior Consultant level. Another role is available in Auckland NZ which could be suitable for a Kiwi wanting to head home or an Aussie looking to broaden their horizons.

To be considered for Consultant level entry you will have at least three years of experience in at least two of the service offerings listed below. To be considered for Senior Consultant level entry, it is expected you will have at least six years of experience in at least two service offerings. Experience may have been gained in-house, in an internal client-facing role, or in an external client service role.

Successful Candidate Qualities

  • Passion for client relationship management, quality customer service and business development
  • Ability to build and maintain high trust relationships
  • Consulting delivery skills, including group facilitation and one-on-one influencing/coaching
  • Capable of taking the lead, acting autonomously and assuming primary accountability when required, as well as collaborating and supporting others as a team member
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, management or business (registered psychologist desirable but not essential)
