Daniel leads the firm’s national Workplace Relations & Safety team. He has practised in all areas of industrial relations and employment law and regularly appears for clients before the Fair Work Commission and the various equal opportunity commissions and tribunals.

Daniel has experience across a wide range of industries in both the public and private sectors and was recognised in Best Lawyers in Australia (2014–2022), and in Doyle’s Guide (2017–2022) as a leading employment lawyer. He is ranked in the Chambers Guide to Leading Asia-Pacific Lawyers; and was a finalist in both the AFR Client Choice Awards (2017) and Lawyers Weekly ‘Partner of the Year’ Awards (2019).

 

Paul MarshPAUL MARSH – GALLAGHER BASSETT, Divisional Manager, Injury Management – Workplace Risk

Paul has over 20 years experience in the field of workers compensation and injury management. Paul is a Senior Occupational Therapist and Ergonomist who commenced his career as a rehabilitation provider working with employers, employees and insurers to drive return-to-work outcomes for the benefit of all. Following this Paul became a Director of P2 Group where he worked in that capacity for close to 14 years working with employers to resolve their workers compensation claims, proactively reducing workers compensation premiums, and applied his expertise to improve the culture, performance, and wellbeing of people and organisations.

As part of the Gallagher acquisition of P2 Group in June 2019, Paul joined the Gallagher Workplace Risk family and is currently the National Head of Workplace Risk. Paul has extensive experience and knowledge in injury management, injury prevention, early intervention and strategic case management.

Paul was up until recently a Board Member of the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists (including the role of VP Finance) and convening the Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist Interest Group, through Occupational Therapy Australia (Victoria).

Tanya is a passionate organisational development consultant, executive coach, business transformation facilitator and senior leader skilled at designing and implementing programs that optimise an organisation’s human capabilities to deliver customer and business outcomes. She has delivered programs on wellbeing, culture change, leadership development, as well as career development, wellbeing and leadership coaching services. Tanya has considerable experience with enterprise-wide business transformations and has worked with 70+ organisations on projects ranging from several weeks to several years involving stakeholder groups of 10 to 300 in Australia, the Asia-Pacific and Europe.

Tanya recently completed a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne.
