Steople was formed to create a bridge between empirical evidence-based research and pragmatic and commercial solutions in modern fast-paced organisations.
Prior to establishment in 2009, the founders of Steople were frustrated by the lack of pragmatic and simple information available to organisations wanting greater clarity around developing their people. Strong empirical research existed but rarely took into account the time and financial pressures real businesses face. Leaders were forced to rely on anecdotal evidence and populist ideas which often led to people initiatives that fell short.
Sustained long-term organisational performance requires the targeted evidence based use of psychometric assessments, leadership development, wellbeing and career development.
The response has been overwhelming with Steople delivering to all parts of Australia and Internationally.
