As part of this growth, we have an opportunity for a Principal Consultant or Senior Consultant with significant experience to join our teams based in both Melbourne and Sydney.

ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT/SENIOR CONSULTANT

In this role, you will create, manage and grow current and new client relationships, deliver high quality consulting services, and contribute positively to the dynamic and collaborative team culture. As part of our team, you will have an opportunity to:

In this role, you will support Steople Consultants in the planning and delivery of organisational development consultancy services. You will be exposed to a breadth of services in one organisation through:

  • Assisting in the design, development and facilitation of training workshops and presentations
  • Research and development of best practice organisational models and surveys
  • Learning about best practice coaching and career transition programs
  • Development of your facilitation skills in a safe and trusting environment
  • Interpretation of psychometric assessment results and writing client reports
  • Development of business-focused writing skills
  • Contribution to team meetings & internal development
  • Development of corporate knowledge around business development and marketing
