THE ROLE
Are you a psychology student looking to gain real-world experience in a thriving organisational consulting firm?
Steople is offering a hybrid internship opportunity for psychology students who are not currently completing a Master of Organisational Psychology but have a passion for people, learning, and organisational effectiveness.
About this role:
As part of this internship, you will play a key role in supporting the development of engaging learning materials and resources that help our consultants understand and deliver our signature services. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to real work that supports consultant onboarding, client delivery, and internal capability building.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update learning modules, facilitator guides, templates, and onboarding materials

Assist in the coordination of marketing content to support service promotion

Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather insights and feedback

Work collaboratively with a supportive and dynamic team

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL
- Currently studying psychology (undergraduate or postgraduate)
- Thrive in a fun, friendly, positive team environment
- Be organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Roll up your sleeves and help with anything that is required as part of a small team
- Actively seek feedback and support
- A confident communicator who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively
- Curious about organisational psychology and business consulting
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
- This is an unpaid internship opportunity
- Minimum of 2 days per week
- Monday to Friday only – No weekends
- Office Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Remote working Opportinities available
