In this role, you will manage and grow current and new client relationships, deliver high quality consulting services, and contribute positively to the dynamic and collaborative team culture. As part of our team, you will have an opportunity to:

The successful candidate will

  • Have had significant experience development & coaching at the individual and team level with interest to grow in other service areas
  • Have real experience in account management – becoming the trusted advisor for new and existing clients
  • Have had sound experience in the management of organisational projects and service delivery
  • Be an excellent facilitator of group workshops
  • Possess highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy a balance between working collaboratively and autonomously

It is desirable, but not essential that the candidate:

  • Be a registered psychologist or relevant tertiary qualifications


This role is fulltime however we are open to flexible working hours.
