We are passionate about what we do and have a proven track record of making a real, enduring positive difference through our work with businesses, organisations, teams and individuals. We embrace diversity, encourage creativity and provide a supportive learning environment where our employees can thrive.

Our business is growing in Australia, New Zealand and the United States, with plans for broad global expansion in the pipeline. To support this growth, we are looking for talented consultants seeking an opportunity to develop and make a real difference as key contributors to our business in Tasmania.

After an incredible FY 2022, this year is on track to surpass last year. We are looking for new people to join our Tasmanian team at either Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant level.

  • Learn and develop your individual capability across all Steople service offerings
  • Be part of a highly collaborative, capable and supportive team
  • Make a real difference to clients through your contribution to our constantly developing and improving science-based, pragmatic client solutions. This may include involvement in large-scaled culture change and wellbeing programs.
  • Enjoy a flexible, progressive work culture that strikes the right balance between performance, accountability and wellbeing

  • Experience in at least two of these service areas (3+ years for Senior Consultant, 6+ years for Principal Consultant):
    • Positive culture development, strategy and change
    • Leadership development, including teams, leadership cohorts and individual coaching
    • Wellbeing
    • Assessment for recruitment and development
    • Career transition
  • Motivated, inquisitive, creative, courageous, authentic and able to thrive in a feedback-rich environment
  • Committed to learning and ongoing development
  • Passion and ability to build strong client relationships, manage projects and accounts and support business outcomes
  • Able to build and maintain high trust relationships
  • Consulting delivery skills, including group facilitation and one-on-one influencing/coaching
  • Capable of taking the lead, acting autonomously as well as collaborating and supporting others as a team member
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, management or business (registered psychologist desirable but not essential)
