She especially enjoys advising leaders as they strive to balance their organizations’ demands with the human elements that drive change and success.

She cultivates deep and enduring relationships built on trust and is at her unique best when guiding clients toward increased self-reflection, personal and team accountability, enhanced execution, and organizational trust.  She is skilled at developing individual talent and teams in healthy ways that feed toward shared goal striving, strong engagement, and productivity.

Her professional experience spans across two decades of work as an organizational psychologist, business owner, and clinician.  Professionals served range from individual entrepreneurs to large corporations and across industry sectors—including finance, law, construction, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, social services, and education.  Shelli is a business owner, has served on multiple local and state-level boards for professional and civic organizations and is a seasoned presenter at local, state, and national levels.

Shelli loves time spent with family and dear friends, exercising, great food, and being outdoors on the water, at the mountains, or on the family ranch.
