Layla Bokhari

Layla specializes in providing talent development, executive coaching, organizational design, and change management support. Her emphasis with organizations is to ensure diversity, equity and inclusiveness (DE&I) are incorporated into the organization’s daily practices. She believes that it is through dialogue and training that the organization moves from awareness to implementation of DE&I efforts on an individual, team and organizational level.

Layla holds a double Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Sociology, and she is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial Organisational Psychology. She is passionate about helping companies boost their people results and ensuring DE&I is at the forefront of the organization’s operations.

Layla has the pleasure of being a member of the Latino Leadership Class of her city’s chamber of commerce. She is on the leadership council for the American Psychological Association, Division 13 (Consulting Psychology), serving as community domain leader on the Division 13 executive board. Layla is also an Adjunct in Sociology at Mid-America Christian University.
