He has experience with organisational change, re-structuring, career management, career transition, personal career strategies, executive coaching, counselling and mentoring.

Nigel is a highly experienced presenter and workshop facilitator having presented over 200 workshops with outstanding feedback. Prior to joining Steople as an Associate Consultant, Nigel was employed as a Senior Consultant with a number of the world’s leading firms in the human resources industry and held a number of senior roles across a broad range of sectors including industrial, services and entertainment.
