Anastasia has 20 years of consulting experience in the review, re-design and change of the way businesses operate to improve overall performance.
Her specialist area of expertise is supporting business owners and managers across commercial and local government sectors in New Zealand, Australia and the UK to make changes relating to governance, management and team structures; roles and responsibilities; and all the aspects that contribute towards an organisation’s culture, including values and behaviours.
Anastasia believes that everyone is great at something but no one is great at everything, so people and organisations need to play to their strengths to achieve the best results. She has a demonstrated track record in managing change processes to ensure that the initiatives are successful.
She has a Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons) and a Diploma in Counselling.
