Anjali Rauniyar
BSc (Hons), MSc, Associate Consultant
Anjali is a dedicated professional with a Master of Science (1st Class Honours) in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiology and Psychology from the University of Auckland.
Drawing on her research background, Anjali brings a blend of analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and creative problem-solving to help people thrive. She is particularly interested in understanding the interplay between psychosocial factors, wellbeing and performance, and uses her insights to design and deliver scientifically sound solutions to support individual and organisational success.
Since joining Steople in 2022, Anjali has contributed to a variety of projects including leadership development and team effectiveness initiatives, wellbeing workshops, and 1:1 career transition programs. She takes a positive and collaborative approach to her work, driving meaningful and lasting changes that foster happier, more engaged teams and stronger workplace cultures.
