Brady is a Psychologist with a Master of Psychology (Organisational) and Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Deakin University. Brady has a strong interest in employee wellbeing and leadership and has conducted academic research that focused on investigating the impact of leadership on young worker wellbeing.
Brady is logical, analytical and innovative and is passionate about using psychology and his understanding of human behaviour and organisational systems to solve workplace problems and drive enduring positive change. Since starting at Steople in 2022, Brady has been involved in wellbeing and leadership development projects.
