Elaine is a chartered Occupational Psychologist (UK) with over 20 years experience in both the private and public sectors in the UK and Australia. Elaine has supported her clients in a range of Talent Management activities across the employee lifecycle from assessment for selection, high-potential and leadership development programmes, and career transition support. Elaine is a leadership coach, accredited with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), with a passion for supporting people to reach their potential at work.

Elaine is known for a strong client focus, seeking to understand their needs and develop bespoke solutions that are technically robust and pragmatic, tailored to their organisational or business needs.

As a coach, Elaine is known to be empathetic, with strong listening and observational skills, which she combines with a structured approach drawing on research-backed tools and approaches to professional development. Elaine gives her clients space to explore and get clarity on their goals, increased motivation to take action and make changes to move forward, and a sense of empowerment in driving their own development.
