Joy Kuhns is a Leadership Developer, with a passion for providing individual and team coaching and facilitation to employees, ranging from senior executives to new and emerging leaders. She has significant experience in developing people so they are best equipped to achieve the business strategy of their organisation, and has done this in organisations small to large, in NZ and in the U.S. Her expertise is in enabling businesses to thrive by leveraging the excellence of their people. She uses a range of tools, including HBDI® and Genos EI, and uses contemporary research as a foundation for her work. 

Prior to joining Steople as an Associate Consultant, Joy was employed in Senior Roles in a range of industries including space, education, logistics and in healthcare, and in Business Management for start-up companies.  She also serves as a Trustee of an Accounting organisation, specialising in not-for-profits.
