, Senior Consultant

Lennon is an Organisational Development (OD) Consultant and Leadership Coach with experience in a range of sectors across multiple countries. Whilst passionate about all things OD, Lennon has specialist expertise in leader coaching, facilitating change and designing frameworks and tools to support insight and action. He draws on his experience in program development, engagement and needs assessment to work with clients to understand their context, challenge and opportunities and determine the best approaches to achieve positive, enduring change.

Born in Tasmania, Lennon studied at the University of NSW before beginning a career in community development. After moving into coordination roles in the sporting sector, he spent time developing and leading programs at a National level with Special Olympics Australia, including athlete leadership. He led a team of trainers to enhance the coordination, resourcing, evaluation, and curriculum content and delivery for the leadership programs, with a focus on transitioning athletes with an intellectual disability into a variety of sports leadership roles like coaching, public speaking and club committees.

Lennon then moved into roles focusing more on supporting internal change and has worked as an independent consultant, within large State Government departments in NSW leading leadership development and diversity & inclusion, and within the tertiary education sector in Finland leading performance and leadership development and learning and development strategy.

His energy, optimism and insight is greatly appreciated and builds enduring client relationships.
