Lorraine leads our NSW and ACT business, and offers almost 20 years’ experience working across talent and organisational development disciplines as a business leader and consultant.

Lorraine has consulted internationally across Europe, Asia and Australia. Her experience in private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, ensures a unique blend of knowledge and skills for application at the organisational, team, and individual level.

With expertise across organisational needs analysis and OD strategy, and hands- on experience in the design and implementation of a broad range of people and business solutions, Lorraine is known for her ability to offer targeted options that directly and effectively target client needs. She has a strong solutions mindset and flexibly draws upon her extensive toolkit to help clarify complexity, share knowledge, and to deliver success.

Lorraine is known to be friendly, genuine, and pragmatic, combining strong technical knowledge and experience with the ability to adapt to the current environment to ensure immediate impact, and to meet future business goals.
