Peter is an experienced GM level, human resource professional and organisational psychologist.
His experience has seen him demonstrate a passion for driving the people aspects of business transformation, change and growth through delivery of programs of work such as Culture Change, Leadership Program Development & Implementation, Senior / Executive level Coaching, Behavioural Competency Framework development, Individual, Team & Organisational Development and Psychometric Assessment.
His most recent career has seen him working in the rail industry across Australia, the UK and Hong Kong for leading rail companies. Peter has established, managed and implemented a range of organisational development and uplift activities in internal consulting roles for companies such as Metro Trains Melbourne, RailCorp (NSW), Cadbury Schweppes, Melbourne Metropolitan Fire Brigade, Department of Justice, Department of Human Services, Ernst Young and VicRoads.
His most recent roles have seen him leading Talent and Capability functions where the organisational value add spanned diverse areas such as Leadership, Learning & Development, Culture, Performance Development, Health and Wellness. and Talent Acquisition.
