Simone is a highly experienced facilitator, coach and consultant with over 13 years of experience in various sectors including government, healthcare, FMCG and NFP. She holds a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology from Melbourne University, which adds to her expertise in translating the science of wellbeing to make it applicable to the workplace.

Simone is passionate about helping organisations create cultures of care that positively affect employees and the business bottom line. She has an ability to think strategically whilst understanding the nuances of human behaviour and how to bring the two together to achieve outstanding results.

Simone’s career includes over two decades working in ccount management for major multinational organisations such as Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer and Hilton Hotels. Her experience in these organisations has given her a unique perspective on the challenges that businesses face in creating a positive workplace culture.
