Yan is a commercially savvy Coach, Facilitator, Consultant, Mediator and Advisor with over 17 years’ experience partnering with leaders and businesses. He is passionate about helping leaders and their organisations become more successful – whatever their measures of success.

Yan’s approach is to invest in understanding the unique context of the leaders and businesses he partners with, uncovering root problems and blockers to success, then tapping into opportunities for development and growth. Yan helps facilitate insights within those he partners with – insights about themselves and ultimately how to better connect with their stakeholders from their people through to their customers.

Yan has had the privilege of partnering with leaders and businesses across the Asia Pacific region including industries & sectors within Tech, Financial Services, Education, Aviation & Logistics, FMCG, Utilities and Not-for-Profit. At the same time, Yan has direct experience in senior roles leading operational as well as strategic and HR advisory teams. This allows him to bring commercial acumen and first-hand understanding of leadership challenges to his consulting and coaching work.
