As part of this growth, we have an opportunity for a Principal Consultant or Senior Consultant with significant experience to join our teams based in both Melbourne and Sydney.



  • Have had significant experience working in the industry appropriate for the role level
  • Have had sound experience in the management of organisational projects and service delivery
  • Have a reasonable understanding of the recruitment and selection process
  • Be a very good facilitator of group workshops
  • Possess counselling or highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy a balance between working in a team environment and working autonomously

It is desirable, but not essential that the candidate:

  • Be a registered psychologist
  • Have some coaching experience
  • Have experience in the provision of career development services
