THE ROLE

In this role, you will create, manage and grow current and new client relationships, deliver high quality consulting services, and be part of our small but rapidly growing Auckland team. As Senior Consultant you will have an opportunity to: 

  • Join a high-quality OD Consulting business at a time of growth, expansion and excitement 
  • Deliver a breadth of OD services (Assessment, Development (individuals & teams), CoachingCareer management incl Transition, Wellbeing), although particularly Career Transition and Wellbeing. Overtime you will have the opportunity to grow and develop skills across all services areas 
  • Provide end-to-end delivery experiences so you see the outcomes of the work you deliver 
  • Manage client accounts to become their trusted advisor 
  • Help grow and develop the business 
  • Be part of a culture that continuously strives to have a balance between fun and high performance 

 

YOU WILL

  • Have had significant experience in the delivery of career transition and/or wellbeing services 
  • Have real experience in or the desire to learn business development 
  • Have had sound experience in account management and supporting the ongoing needs of clients 
  • Be aexcellent facilitator of group workshops 
  • Possess coaching or highly developed interpersonal skills 
  • Enjoy a balance between working in a team environment and working autonomously 

 

We would expect that you would have a relevant tertiary qualifications in the area of Organisational Psychology /HR or similar.
