THE ROLE

We are looking for an exceptional person to join our Auckland team at a Senior Consultant level.

Experience may have been gained in-house, in an internal client-facing role, or in an external client service role

This role will establish, manage and grow client relationships, strongly contribute to developing our business and deliver high quality consulting services. As a successful candidate, you will have an opportunity to:

Successful Candidate Qualities & Experience

  • Experience in at least two of these service areas (6+ years for Senior Consultant, 3+ years for Consultant):
    • Positive culture development, strategy and change
    • Leadership development, including teams, leadership cohorts and individual coaching

  • Assessment for recruitment and development
  • Career transition
  • Motivated, inquisitive, creative, courageous, authentic and able to thrive in a feedback-rich environment
  • Committed to learning and ongoing development
  • Passionate about client relationship management, quality customer service and business development
  • Able to build and maintain high trust relationships
  • Consulting delivery skills, including group facilitation and one-on-one influencing/coaching
  • Capable of taking the lead, acting autonomously and assuming primary accountability when required, as well as collaborating and supporting others as a team member
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, human resources, management or business

 

This role is full-time however we are open to flexible working hours.
